For those of you out there who receive Golf Course Management each month, you may have noticed that when the issue, along with the October issue of Newsline, crossed your desk, they both contained several prominent references to GCSAA's decision to move its Education Conference and Golf Industry Show from New Orleans to Houston. And you may have said to yourself, "Wait a minute. I thought they moved those events again, this time from Houston to Atlanta."
Well, you would be absolutely, 100 percent right. The GCSAA Education Conference and Golf Industry Show will be in Atlanta in February. Unfortunately, by the time the decision to move events to Georgia had been made and announced, the October issues of GCM and Newsline had already been printed and were hitting the mail. So just to clarify, you can turn to the November issues of both publications -- which should be hitting your mailboxes sometime in the first week of the month -- for updated information on the conference and show. You can also check this Web site for the latest information on both events.
