Golf course management hits CNN

Set your DVRs: the golf course management industry will do a star turn on CNN Thursday morning.

Greg Pheneger, the GCSAA Class A superintendent at John's Island Club in Vero Beach, Fla., will be interviewed live on the news network at 11:15 a.m. Eastern tomorrow during a segment discussing labor issues as they pertain to the management of golf facilities. Pheneger is a member of GCSAA's Government Relations Committee and took part in National Golf Day activities in Washington D.C. two weeks ago.

Best of luck, Greg. We'll be watching from here in Lawrence.
