Early risers
A quick update from your GCM road warrior for the week (hint: it's not Seth!). I'm in the Quad Cities, home to John Deere's world headquarters, for John Deere's feedback event and what I've learned so far is that they get these John Deere feedback events started early.
I can't complain too much because we're on our way to the TPC Deere Run to chase a little white ball around this morning. But later this afternoon I'll give you a full rundown of what to expect here on the blog from this event, and why I'll be making a semi-emergency run to Best Buy in between golf and tonight's reception and dinner at Deere's world HQ in Moline, Ill. (one part of the Quad in the Quad Cities. Can you name the others? Slap it into a comment below and the first right answer receives a handsome prize!).
The region is made up of Davenport and Bettendorf in Iowa and Moline/East Moline and Rock Island in Illinois.
