With Hurricane Sandy bearing down on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, GCSAA CEO Rhett Evans issued the following message Friday afternoon to superintendents in affected portions of the country:
GCSAA members,
With the potential for signifcant storms in the eastern part of the United States, GCSAA offers the following information to assist in your course management activities. You are in our thoughts during this difficult time. We encourage you to reach out to us if you or any of your peers suffer hardship. As you may be aware, GCSAA offers a resource to assist with personal loss due to natural disaster.
